PURPOSE:To inspect various through-hole printed substrate, by a main adaptor which has placed a contact in all lattice points in a constant area, and a sub- adaptor which has placed a contact in a position except the lattice point in this area, or in a position outside of the area. CONSTITUTION:A sub-adaptor 17 is provided on a supporting base 20 of a printed circuit board to be inspected, a through-hole printed circuit board 1 to be inspected is placed on said sub-adaptor, and in this state, an inspection is executed by lifting and lowering a main adaptor suitably from the upper part. Also, conduction of the through-hole printed circuit board can be inspected simultaneously by using both the main adaptor and the sub-adaptor having a specific constitution. Furthermore, the main adaptor has extremely high general- purpose properties, can be used for a lot of inspections, and is capable of reducing the manufacturing cost, and also the sub-adaptor can also be obtained at a comparatively low cost, therefore, expenses required for the inspection can be saved remarkably. |
