PURPOSE:To reproduce natural very low-pitched sound, by subtracting the two- channel signal of a reproducing device to transform musical intervals and intercepting reproduced very low-pitched sound signals with the quantity of the very low-pitched sound signals contained in adding signals. CONSTITUTION:Two-channel outputs SL and SR of a reproducing circuit 1 are reproduced by loudspeakers 3 and 8 after they are power-amplified by means of amplifiers 2 and 9 and, at the same time, supplied to an arithmetic circuit 10 and adder circuit 12. The arithmetic circuit 10 has a subtracting function and, when its subtraction output is supplied to a musical interval transforming circuit 5 through an LPF 4, the very low-pitched sound are reproduced. The added output of the adder circuit 12 is supplied to a level deciding circuit 14 through another LPF 13 and, when a very low-pitched sound component is detected, a switching circuit 11 is controlled so as to intercept the output of the very low-pitched sound signals created by the musical interval transforming circuit 5. Thus natural very low-pitched sound can be reproduced. |
