<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of a wire disconnection trouble at the starting and ending parts of the lead wire of a secondary coil as well as to prevent the interlayer short-circuit for the subject ignition coil by a method wherein one end part of the lead wire is connected to one end part of the secondary coil, and other end part of the lead wire is connected to a terminal. CONSTITUTION:A secondary coil bobbin 3 has a number of groove parts and flanged parts 301 which will be used for split winding of the secondary coil 4. A fitting groove part 302, whereon a lead wire 8 to be used to connect the end part of the secondary coil 4 will be pressure-fitted and fixed, is provided on both ends of the flanged part 301. The lead wire is curved at the center part and constitutes a protruded part which will be fitted to a fitting groove 302. The lead wire 8 has the diameter which can be fitted to the fitting groove part 12. The protruded part of this lead wire 8 is pressure-fitted to the fitting groove part 302. One end part of the lead wire 8 and the starting part 401 of the coil 4 are connected by soldering. The lead wire 8 is led out from the ending part of the secondary coil 4 by performing the same process as in the case of the starting part 401.</p> |
