PURPOSE:To make a cord fixture applicable to cords of various thicknesses, and to fit it to a cabinet by one touch by coupling a couple of sandwiching members for a cord on the sandwiching back-surface sides of them, and also preventing the sandwiching members from shifting in position relatively. CONSTITUTION:While a cord 3 is run through a hole 4, the tip parts of sandwiching members 1 and 2 are pressed against each other, and the cord 3 is sandswitched tightly between knurled projecting parts 1a and 2a. Consequently, grooves 1b and 2b of the sandwiching members 1 and 2 are engaged with a cut part 9a by force of restitution generated when the cord 3 is pressed in, and thus a cord fixture 10 is fixed in the cabinet 9 by one touch. Further, the sandwiching members 1 and 2 are prevented from shifting in position forward and backward not only by the coupling member 5, but also by engagement between projecting parts 7a and 7b and recessed parts 8a and 8b, so strength against the drawing, etc., of the cord 3 is great. |
