PURPOSE:To simplify a structure by separately constituting the engine unit of a motor-cycle from a generator and installing outside the engine unit, the closed chamber contg. the output shaft of an engine, rotary shaft of the generator, and the connecting means for the both described the above. CONSTITUTION:An engine is equipped with a crank shaft 2, crank 3, a connectint rod 13 etc., and a pulley 21 is fitted through a stopper pin 20 at one end of the shaft 2. The casing 17 of a generator 16 is installed with bolts 19 through an installing flange 15 on one side of a crank case 14, and a pulley 24 is installed through a spring 23 onto the rotary shaft 18 of the generator 16. A V-belt 27 is stretched between pulleyes 21 and 24, and a casing 28 is installed to cover the outer periphery of the V-velt 27. A cover 29 is installed integrally with the casing 28 to form a closed chamber 30 outside the engine unit. |
