PURPOSE:To prevent any raster shift without causing any deformation, which might be caused when a pair of magnetic pieces are welded, by making the said magnetic pieces to consist of magnetic pieces surrounding side electron-beam- passing holes, and rising magnetic pieces provided in the upper and the lower parts of a central electron-beam-passing hole and rising in the direction of passing beams. CONSTITUTION:The outlet of an electron gun is provided with a pair of magnetic pieces 28. The pieces 28 consist of peripheral magnetic pieces 29, which completely surround side electron-beam-passing holes (B) and (R) and have the same center as the holes (B) and (R), and rising magnetic pieces 30, which rise facing one another parallel in the direction of passing electron-beams and are provided in the upper and the lower parts of a central electron-beam-passing hole (G). For instance, the width and the height of the pieces 30 are adjusted to 2.0mm. and 3mm. respectively, and a distance 31 between the pieces 30 is adjusted to 2mm.. In addition, as the magnetic material, an alloy consisting of 50% Fe and 50% Ni and having a thickness of 0.25mm. is used. As a result, an improved picture without any raster shift can be obtained. |
