PURPOSE:To utilize a primary higher hamonic by forming a piezoelectric transducer toward an oscillation tip from a position which is 0.22lO away from the root of oscillation leg parts when lO is the length from the root of the oscillation leg parts to the tips of the oscillation leg parts. CONSTITUTION:The length from the root of the oscillation leg parts 2 and 3 of an oscillator 1 to the tips of the oscillation leg parts is lO, the position of the root of the oscillation leg parts 2 and 3 is regarded as X=0, and the direction to the tips of the oscillation leg parts 2 and 3 is positive. In this case, an electrode 6 is formed from a position of x=0.22lO toward the tips of the leg parts 2 and 3. Then, a piezoelectric film 5 is formed over the external surface of the leg part 2 and the entire external surface of a base 4 succeeding to the part 2. |
