PURPOSE:To obtain a ground improving material which can be easily manufactured and delivered and also is easily usable by a method in which a soil solidifier composed primarily of a water absorptive expandible material, e.g., quick lime, etc., is mixed with a water-soluble resin, and the mixture is molded into a desired shape. CONSTITUTION:A soil solidifier composed primarily of a water absorptive expandible material, e.g., quick lime, calcinated dolomite, etc., together with Portland cement, sodium chloride, etc., as needed, is mixed with a water-soluble resin, and the mixture is molded into a ground improving material 1 having a desired shape, e.g., hollows 3, etc. Thus, the ground improving material 1 thus obtained can be more conveniently delivered than quick lime itself. Also, since the ground improving material 1 is molded, the material 1 can be penetrated as such into the ground without the need to drill the ground in advance. |
