摘要 PURPOSE:To form a joined part of high joining strength in the stage of joining Cu base materials and Fe base materials by interposing an intermediate material consisting essentially of a low m.p. metal which does not alloy with these base materials and contg. metals which alloy with the base metals between the base materials and pressurizing these under heating at specific temp. CONSTITUTION:In the stage of joining Cu base materials such as Cu and Cu alloys and Fe base materials of Fe and Fe alloys to each other, an intermediate material C consisting essentially of Pb which does not alloy with the Cu and Fe of the base materials and contg. a small amt. of >=1 kind of metals such as Sn, Zn, Ag, Au, In, Sb and others which alloy with Cu and Fe is sandwiched between the base materials A and B to be joined. These are heated at the temps. higher than the m.p. of Pb and lower than the m.p. of alloy of Cu and Fe and Sn, Zn, Ag, etc. The alloy layers D, E of Cu and Fe and Sn, An, Zg, etc. are formed and the material C metls; therefore, these are pressurized and the material C consisting essentially of Pb is discharged F to the outside of the joining surfaces and is removed. The materials A, B to be joined are firmly joined by the alloy layers with the metal to be alloyed therewith.
