PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of noise during the releasing period of flood by using a system in which a front plate for controlling the flow of overflow water and a rear plate for shielding noise are hung down from the upper part of a waterway in a freely tilting manner on the downstream side of a tilting sluice door. CONSTITUTION:When the rotary shaft 2 of a sluice door 1 is turned and the door 1 is inclined toward downstream side to release water, overflow water b' collides downwards against an overflow water control plate 6, whereby the propagation of noise d to the outside is interrupted by a noise-proof rear plate 7 hung down from the top cover 8 of the waterway and the cover 8. When the door 1s is further inclined toward the downstream side to increase the amount of water to be released, a front plate 6 is further inclined toward the downstream side at a pin 11 as the center by the overflow water b' to reduce the flow rate of water, whereby lessening the amount of potential energy and preventing the occurrence of noise. The rear plate 7 is further inclined toward downstream side at a pin 12 as the center by the flow of water to prevent the occurrence of noise. |
