PURPOSE:To further increase the effect of spot heating automatically, by cooling a heated part after heating a metallic thin plate in dot or linear shape and heating the circumference to a low temperature. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 is covered on a thin plate 8, which is heated in dot shape with a heating torch 4 of the 1st heater 2. When the heating temperature reaches a prescribed temperature, the heating is stopped, cooling air flows to the heated part from a cooling pipe 5 and the surrounding area of the heated part is heated by a heating torch 6 of the 2nd heater 3. When the heated temperature of the surrounding area reaches a prescribed temperature, the 2nd heater 3 is controlled so that this temperature can be kept constant. When the spot heating of a middle branch to be cooled reaches almost the same heating temperature of the circumference, the heating using the 2nd heater 3 is stopped, the cooling air is blown from the cooling pipe 7 and the circumference is cooled. |
