PURPOSE:To produce a tetra ethylene fluoride (PTFE) film with uniform thickness and less contraction in width by draw-forming PTFE film, after said film is caused to become gel state by a heating roller. CONSTITUTION:Sintered PTFE film is transported by way of pinch rollers 1 and preheating rollers 2, 3, and heated at about 350-460 deg.C by a heating roller 4 and is caused to become gel state (accordingly, the drawing point of the PTFE film (a) is fixed under heating). Next, said film (a) is drawn by a drawing roller 5 whose peripheral speed is larger than that of the heating rollr 4. (at about 200-250 deg.C). The film (a) is wound and gathered on a winding roll by way of a cooling rollr 6 and pinch rollers 7. |
