PURPOSE:To prepare a print head of uniform quality by inserting a block comprising a separator into which 24 pieces of armature with a wire being provided are incorporated, and intemediate guides through which a wire is inserted, into the iron core of a magnet coil. CONSTITUTION:Twenty four pieces of armature 1, each of which is provided with a wire 2 at its internal front, are installed to grooves 3d composed of radial protruded stripes 3c of a separator 3 so that the expanded portion 1a of the armature couples with the external edge of the separator 3 and a single block A is composed by inserting intermediate guides 12 to the wire 2 protruded from a circular ring 3b inside the separator 3. Next, the block a is installed, from the behind, to an iron core 4 wherein a magnet coil 5 and a spring 7 are provided with tension applied, the expanded portion 1a is caused to couple with a stepped portion 4c of the iron core 4 and the external circular ring 3a of the separator 3 is caused to couple with a stepped portion 4b, the wire 2 is caused to protrude forward through a hole 4a of the iron core 4, a base 6 is installed, from the front, to the iron core 4, the wire 2 and the guide 12 are installed to a hole 6a of the base 6 and a head plate 13 is installed to the wire 2 protruded from the top end of the base 6. |
