PURPOSE:To improve detecting accuracy, operating performance and judging speed, by selecting a transformation ratio under an operating condition, making an output inclusive of acceptability of the selection and performing an indication of judgement of the output. CONSTITUTION:After providing a power source, specification for a transformer in a specimen 1 is selected by a selecting section 14. On the other hand, if thus selected specification proved to be appropriate, it is put into an A/D converting section 7 through an input power source judging section 6. The converting section outputs all-wave rectified IC operation waveform voltage and puts it into an output section 8. This voltage is inputted to a resistor so that the latter produces a low voltage, i.e. the IC operating voltage. This output voltage is put into one of juding sections 9-11 in accordance with a transoformation ratio to be selected here. If the value proved to be within prescribed ranges of the upper and lower limits of the judging sections 9-11, 'pass' is indicated on an indicating section 13 through a judgement put-out section 12. If the value proved to be out of the ranges, 'error' is indicated on the indicating section 13. |
