PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency and to reduce production cost of a magazine fitted with a ribbon diaphragm for a ribbon type speaker by automatically adhering the ribbon diaphragm between the upper and lower parts of a magazine forming element. CONSTITUTION:Magazine forming mother elements each of which is formed by adhering an exfoliating paper 4 to the lower magazine forming element 2 through an adhering layer 3 and cutting longitudinal slits 2A, 3A on the center of the forming element are carried on a guide line successively. In the exfoliating process, a depressing cutting edge 15 makes the top of the exfoliating paper 4 float and is inserted between the exfoliating paper 4 and the adhering layer 3 to peel off the paper 4. A ribbon diaphragm 18 is press-contacted to the upper surface of the adhering layer 4 and heated to be adhered to the layer 3 completely. Finally, the upper magazine forming element is press-contacted on the ribbon diaphragm 18 while being heated and simultaneously the ribbon diaphragm 18 is cut off. |
