PURPOSE:To avoid any residual of bubbles by a method wherein in filling synthetic resin between an electric coil and its casing, openings are provided on the upper surface of the casing and an elastic boot is put atop the cassing, from where resin is flowed down. CONSTITUTION:A bobbin is mounted within a magnetic casing 11 while positioning an electric coil 13 wound on a bobbin with the help of a core 16, and ends 18 and 19 of the coil 13 are topped over openings 20 and 21 provided on the upper end of the casing 11. Next, a cylindrical rubber plastic boot 23 is inserted atop the casing 11, which is filled with epoxy resin. The boot 23 is constructed in the following way: In the boot 23, a leg 30 is installed to surround a cylinder 27 concentrically via the cylinder 27 which can be engaged with the topping core 16 and a wall 26, and the space 25 developed thereby is kept connecting with openings 20 and 21. Further, through gutters 33 and 34 through which leads 31 and 32 are led in are installed on the side of the boot 23, and bubbles associated with resin injection are leaked from the boot's surface via openings 20 and 21. |
