PURPOSE:To reduce quantity of transference of a slider per one pulse and to obtain high resolving power of a pulse motor by a method wherein magnetic pole parts of plural number are provided to the curved slider facing with the tooth- shaped part formed on the circumferential face of a curved stator. CONSTITUTION:The stator 1 has a loop type body having the radius of curvature R, and the tooth-shaped part 4 having teeth 2 and grooves 3 of plural number alternately on the outside circumferential face thereof is formed on the whole circumference. The arc type slider 6 being enabled to transfer is arranged on the outsid circumferential side of the stator 1 provided with the tooth-shaped part 4. The slider 6 thereof has the radius of curvature on the concentric circle of the stator 1, and the four magnetic pole parts 7a-7d are protruded on the lower face thereof interposing the prescribed interval between them. Plural number of teeth 8 and grooves 9 are provided alternately on the respective magnetic pole parts 7a-7d, and exciting coils 10 are wound around the outside circumferences thereof. The slider 6 is transferred in relation to the stator 1 by feeding pulse currents in order to the exciting coils 10. |
