CONSTITUTION:A rotational shaft 4 seals evaporite liquid 6 like water, freon, or alcohol inside a hollow shaft 4a. A radiating fin 9 is fixed via a boss 8 outside the hollow shaft 4a housing of rotational shaft 4. A plurality of ring fins 10 are provided on each radiating fin 9 perpendicular to its surface. This constitution increases a radiating area and strength as the whole radiating fins. |
