Seaweed contained liquid food for infant or patient diet was prepd. Thus, green algae and brown algae was deslting, drying to 3-7 % water content, crushing, baking with yeast soln. at 80-90≦̸, drying and powdering. The seaweed powder and cereal base which is comprising glutinous rice, barley, bean and seasons mixed to 2:1 volume ratio, adding 5-6 times of water, homogenizing and concentrating for 30 min at 80-100≦̸C. The product is packed in can and sterilizing for 40-60 min at 105-107≦̸.
