<p>PURPOSE:To specify the stopping point of the rolled materials by a method wherein the deceleration order is given corresponding to the fluctuation of the load current generated by the roller driving motor at each rolling pulse of the revercible roller. CONSTITUTION:The arithmetic circuit 6 is provided between the output of the speed detector 13 and the output of the decelerated rolling speed setter 8 adding the output of said setter 8 to the code invertor 7. The output of the code invertor 7 and the output of the speed detector 13 are added by the adder 10. Each output of the deductor 9 and the adder 10 is input into the multiplior 11 to input the output thereof into the relative control unit 17. On the other hand, the output of said speed detector 13 is integrated by the integrator 13. The outputs of the integrator 13 and the distance setter 13 are input into the deductor 14 and the output thereof and the decelerating ratio set by the decelerating ratio setter 15 are input into the multiplior 16. The output of said multiplior 16 is input into said relative control unit 17. The roller driving motor is decelerated by the output of said relative control unit 17.</p> |
