PURPOSE:To conduct rapid construction work while quickly lowering room temperature by the ambient air by forming a precast panel equipped with a plurality of heat pipes while burying heating sections and exposing radiating sections within a building member such as a roof material. CONSTITUTION:The heating sections 3 of the heat pipes 2, 2' are inserted to the inside of a frame body 1 in concrete etc. while the radiating sections 4 with fins 5 are exposed and mounted. The inside of the frame body 1 is filled with a cement admixture 6, the heat pipes 2, 2' are fixed by fixing tools 9, and the panel such as a roof panel 17 is manufactured. An outer wall panel 8 is produced in the same manner as the roof panel 7, these panels are combined, and joined by bolts, etc., sheath is executed and a building is constructed. Accordingly, construction work can rapidly be conducted while room temperature can quickly be lowered by the ambient air through the function of the heat pipes 2, 2', and the excessive rising of indoor temperature can be prevented. |
