PURPOSE:To operate air conditioning economically and stably by simple heat source feeding facilities at low cost by indirectly collecting underground sensible heat by means of the steel pipe driven into the ground as the foundation of a building and utilizing the sensible heat as the air-conditioning heat source. CONSTITUTION:The lower end section of the steel pipe pile 1 driven into the ground as the foundation of the building is blocked by cutoff concrete 2, and the inside is partitioned into two tanks 4a, 4b mutually communicated at a lower section by a pipy partitioning member 3. A circulation pipe 6 circulating enclosing water into such the steel pipe pile 1 is connected to the inlet 7a, 7b of the upper sections of each tank 4a, 4b. A circuit consisting of a proceeding pipe 9 communicated with the air conditioner of the building, a heat exchanger 10 for the air-conditioning heat source and a conduit 11 is branch-connected to the current of a circulation pump 8 on the midway of the circulation pipe 6, and a three-way valve 12 is mounted at a branching point. Accordingly, underground sensible heat is extracted through the steel pipe pile 1, and can be utilized as the air-conditioning heat source through the heat exchanger 10. |
