PURPOSE:To fuse a gelled material for photography without damaging the quality, by holding a pot, where the gelled material for photography is charged, at a proper inclination and providing a waveguide, which is connected to a microwave generating device, and a shielding plate, which advances along the inside face of the pot according as fusion of the gelled material advances, in the aperture part of the pot. CONSTITUTION:A pot 2 where a gelled material 1 for photography preserved at a low temperature is held at a proper inclination angle, and a microwave waveguide 3 and a movable microwave shielding plate 4 are connected to an aperture part circumferential edge 6 of the pot 2 by close adhesion. Next, microwaves are irradiated to fuse the gelled material 1 from an upper face 7 on order, and sol 8 passes between the lower face part of the pot and the shielding plate 4 because of gravity, and a small quantity of sol 8 is charged from a discharge exit 10 in the lowest part of an adapter 5 into a stock tank 12, and sol emulsion 8 is sent to the applying process by a pump. Thus, a simple fusing device of a high producibility where the fusion speed is raised considerably without damaging the quality is obtained. |
