The present invention relates to a flexible gas barrier membrane and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the gas barrier membrane comprises: an organic layer including a first hydrophobic organic material; and a complex layer having a second hydrophobic organic material and a reinforcing material. According to the present invention, a gas barrier membrane which has more flexibility and an excellent performance to prevent penetration of moisture can be manufactured.
