A method of operating an electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention comprises the operations of: receiving a coupon; being functionally connected to at least one electronic device; transmitting shared information of he coupon to the connected electronic device; being functionally connected to the electronic device having the shared information if the coupon is selected; activating the coupon based on the number of the connected electronic devices; and transmitting the activated coupon to a payment device.
