30.5.79 PHN.9175 "Integrated circuit" Integrated diode-transistor logic with gate circuits each comprising an inverter transistor in which the logic signal connections of a collector of one inverter transistor extend via one or more logic diodes to the base of one or more following inverter transistors. The logic diodes are formed by mono-poly diodes or as poly diodes. This results in flexibility with respect to the method of manufacturing and the topology and the pattern of conductor tracks is comparatively simple.
