The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a metal credit card and a metal credit card manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to manufacturing method of a metal credit card and a metal credit card manufactured thereby where various patterns are shown. The manufacturing method of a metal credit card comprises: a step of forming a resin layer (12) printed with solid patterns (12a); a step of hardening the resin layer (12); a step of forming a metal thin film deposition layer (13) on the hardened resin layer (12); a step of forming a printed layer (14) to emboss the metal thin film deposition layer (13); a step of completing a printed sheet (10) by a step of forming an adhesive layer (15) on the printed layer (14); a step of stacking an adhesive sheet (25) and a synthetic resin sheet (22) on the top of a core sheet (21) and stacking an adhesive sheet (25), a printed sheet (23), and a coating sheet (24) on the bottom of the core sheet (21) to laminate the sheets; a step of completing a metal sheet (20) by heating and pressing the laminated sheets; a step of stacking the printed sheet (10) on the top of the metal sheet (20) and heating and pressing the printed sheet (10) to laminate the sheets; and a step of cooling the laminated sheets, separating an uppermost release film (11) from the sheets, and cutting the sheets along the outer surface of the card. |
