The present invention relates to a system for controlling a plant factory and a method thereof capable of controlling environments where plants grow depending on growing conditions predetermined by users. According to the specification, the system for controlling a plant factory comprises: a sensing device for outputting data on environments by measuring growing conditions of a plant factory; and multiple environment controlling devices for controlling the environments; and a regulation based controlling device for producing and saving regulations on growing plants based on the growing conditions inputted by the users and for producing controlling commands to control at least one of the multiple environment controlling devices based on the data on environments and regulations on growing plants. |
