PURPOSE:To obtain titled rubber hose of high quality and uniform in sizes of inside and outside diameters, by forming an interior rubber hose, vulcanizing and polishing it, then covering with reinforcing threads network thereon, thereafter forming and vulcanizing an outer face rubber hose. CONSTITUTION:An interior rubber hose 10 of a hollow tube shape is formed by tubing 1, the obtained interior rubber hose is vulcanized e.g. by a CV vulcanization apparatus 13 and the outer surface of the interior rubber hose is roughened by polishing 6. The formed interior rubber hose is, e.g. via stock 7, wound on its outer periphery with reinforcing threads 11 reticulation by braiding 2. Then, via stock 8 etc. an outer face rubber hose 12 is integrally formed on the upper side of said interior rubber hose by covering 3, thereby obtaining the desired rubber hose 20 by vulcanizing 4 the obtained outer face rubber hose. |
