PURPOSE:To obtain the optical disk which prevents generation of a shrink strain, by heat-pressing signals on the surface of said disk by a stamper for a short time after blanking out a disk from a plain sheet molded from synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION:At first, synthetic resin material of good transparency for a optical disk is formed into a plain sheet, then, a disk is blanked out from said plain sheet material. Next, after pressing is performed on the surface of side disk like material by the same method as a record forming, a disk 3' being taken out, strain is removed by arranging it on a horizontal platen for a certain time, further, pressing is performed on a surface layer of the disk 3' by a stamper for a short time, thus the disk 3'' stamped with recessed signals is obtained. |
