<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a piezo-electric film and an electrode part from being peeled off, by laminating an aluminium thin film which is hard to crack, through a metallic thin film excellent in adhesion to the piezo-electric film. CONSTITUTION:This element is composed of a high-molecular piezo-electric film 1 and an electrode part 2 laminated on the surface of the film 1. Then the electrode part 2 comprises the first layer 2a, which is laminated on the film and made mainly of tin or lead, and the second layer 2b, which is made mainly of aluminium. Hence, the film 1 and the electrode part 2 are prevented from being peeled off.</p> |
