PURPOSE:To project a film where pictures are photographed in two stages, by turning a mirror in an illumination optical path to switch the irradiation range without moving the film in the direction of the shorter side. CONSTITUTION:When a frame (a) should be selected, the frame (a) is focused in the pupil position of a projection lens 4 through a condenser lens 2, a mirror 6, and a condenser lens 3 from a light source 1 and magnified and projected onto a screen 5 as the known method. When a frame (b) should be selected, the mirror 6 is turned at an angle theta in the direction of an arrow to be brought to a position 6', and the projection lens is moved to a position 4', and the frame (b) is magnified and projected through the mirror 6', the condenser lens 3, and the projection lens 4' by the light from the light source. |
