The present invention relates to a cloth sanitary towel washing device using a plasma. The cloth sanitary towel washing device comprises: a front cover having a hydroxyl group electrode plate; a rear cover coupled with the front cover, and constituting a main body by forming an accommodation space; a battery disposed in the accommodation space, and applying driving electricity to the hydroxyl group electrode plate; and a control substrate disposed in the accommodation space, and controlling the operation of the hydroxyl group electrode plate. The hydroxyl group electrode plate emits a hydroxyl group to the outside of the front cover according to the applied driving electricity. According to the present invention, menstruation blood may be rapidly removed and sterilized from a cloth sanitary towel in water, and a hydroxyl group electrode plate may be replaced and semi-permanently used when a plating part thereon is oxidized and removed. |
