The supporting structure is a floatable ship able to be carried from the site of fabricating the industrial equipment to the place of employing said industrial equipment, and also used as a footing in the ground. Said supporting structure is composed of many hollow rooms adjacent each other which upper part is sealed and which bottom is opened. A device which fill up at least some rooms with the water to the prescribed height according to each load supported by said rooms evacuates the planned volume of air from said rooms to the exterior when said supporting structure is used as a shipl.
