The arrangement concerns an arrangement for photometric scanning of gels. The arrangement contains a monochromator 1, from which a light beam passes through a membrane 2 and a gel 6 placed in a cell 7, which are arranged in series with each other, looking in the direction of travel of the light beam, which cell can move in relation to the light beam by a drive arrangement 19, and impinges on a photometer 9. The invention is characterized in that the cell 7 is constructed in the shape of two disks 10, 11 joined to each other, whose one side is provided with congruent grooves, which are designed to form at least one cell 14 to accommodate the gels 6 when the disks are joined together. <IMAGE> |
