PURPOSE:To resolve a pattern into an X and Y-axial waveform and to observe them by recording each axial waveform of the pattern on an oscilloscope display surface without using a digital computer, etc. and achieving reproducition and display immediately. CONSTITUTION:Pulses from a clock pulse generator CLG are counted by an address counter ACT, and the readout address of a data memory DM is specified by a generated address signal; and data on a waveform scanning on the display surface of an oscilloscope OSS is stored in each address of a data memory DM, whose data read out by the address signal is supplied to the Y-axial input of the oscilloscope OSS. Time relation determined by the trigger pulse of a light pen LP shown an X and Y-axial coordinate position on the display surface DP. The coordinates which correspond to the movement of the light pen LP are held successively in an YR and an XR. |
