PURPOSE:To generate various kinds of load mode signals such as the actual load mode, function mode and the like by sampling the load data during various kinds of actual traveling, and storing these respectively in separate P-ROMs. CONSTITUTION:Desired function data or the sampled actual traveling load data are beforehand stored in the respective addreses of P-ROMs 26. On the other hand, the controlling input signals B1-Bn of a multiplexer 21 are controlled and operated in a sequence controlling part 22, and the readout start points and readout end points of the digital data stored in the P-ROMs are assigned by an address presetter 24. Thereafter, a counter 23 is counted up from the readout start point by the part 22, by which the digital data in the P-ROMs are read out and are loaded into a data latch 27, from which they are outputted as oscillation and pressure setting signals S1 to the amplifier of the traveling tester via a D/A converter 28. Thus, it is possible to change the load modes easily by exchanging the P-ROMs. |
