The present invention provides a rehabilitation apparatus for allowing a user to deal with a situation by the user′s own effort when the situation of muscle contraction or spasticity and the situation needing a help of another person occur, and provides a medical rehabilitation apparatus for allowing a patient with impairment on a lower body to remedially exercise by the patient′s own effort without a help of another person. Moreover, the present invention includes a stretching apparatus for a rehabilitation exercise in which the user wears the stretching apparatus on the lower body in a sitting posture and repeatedly stretches or bends the lower body, thus all joints and muscles of the lower body including a leg joint and a knee are safely exercised without injury, so that tension and pain of a leg muscle are removed. The apparatus is able to be used as an exercise apparatus for old people besides a person who especially needs rehabilitation. |
