PURPOSE:To realize the 1-dimensional monitor for a plant as a whole, by turning the plural process numbers of the plant into a non-dimensional form as well as into groups as a function of the value proper to the process numbers and displaying the maximum one of each group respectively. CONSTITUTION:Plural process numbers of a plant are periodically read into a process number reading part 1, and the present value is optionally replaced in the form of a process input signal PI. At the same time, the alarm limit value signal AL corresponding to each process number is supplied from an alarm limit value setting part 2 to a process number deciding part 3 where the process number is turned into a non-dimensional form. At the part 3 the signal PI is turned into a non-dimensional form by means of the signal AL and at the same time the signals PI and AL are grouped. Then the maximum value of the non- dimensional form converting process numbers in a group is decided and delivered to a plant state display part 4 in the form of the most dangerous information for the plant operation, i.e., the non-dimensional grouping process number singnal NPMAX. |
