PURPOSE:To achieve improvement of long-term reliability and cost reduction by eliminating voids completely from the surrounding of a conductor, by attaching a putty like member to the surrounding of a bare coil, and then, by winding as elastomer tape on the coil. CONSTITUTION:On a blank coil which is prepared by winding of an aligned conductor 2, a thermosetting silicon putty provided with heat-resisting and local- discharge-resisting characteristics is coated as a putty like member 3 in such a manner as to be thinly spread, and by doing so, the first processing for filling voids is executed. And then, the second processing for eliminating voids by completely stretching the putty like member 3 is executed in such a manner as to make one-time winding of a half-lapped elastomer tape 4 consisting of an elastic silicon elastomer. Further, the third processing is executed by winding thereon by a prescribed number of times an insulating tape 5 consisting of a prepreg mica tape. And finally, an insulation coil is completed by executing the fourth processing for thermosetting of the thus prepared material by using a molding machine. |
