PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION

摘要

PURPOSE:To facilitate the firing of ceramaics to reduce the temperature change of resonance frequency, by adding the small amount of MnO2 to a three-constituent solid solution of magnesium niobic acid, titanic acid and zirconic acid leads. CONSTITUTION:0.03-0.3% of MnO is added to the major constituent of Pb (Mg1/3Nb2/3)xTiyZr2O3 to facilitate firing for the improvment of mechanic coefficient. Further, 0.03-1.0% of SiO2 is added to reduce the temperature change of resonance frequency. The piezoelectric ceramic composition in such a composition can be applied to filters, etc.
