CONSTITUTION:In universal rolling of H-steel, the internal stress sigma1 in the rolling direction generated in a web 3A by the unequality in the draft distribution between the web 3A and flanges 3B, the critical buckling stress sigma2 in the rolling direction determined by the size of the web 3A after the pass and the yield stress sigma3 corresponding to the temp. of the web 3A after the pass are determined. It is decided that web waving takes place when the magnitude relations thereof are sigma2<sigma1<sigma3.</p> |
