PURPOSE:To quite obviously catch a neck process, by clarifying a process order and work schedule for each product with a medium, estimating the proportion of work amount for capability in each process from the work schedule, attaching said medium and displaying said proportion in color, classified by each process and schedule, in accordance with said proportion. CONSTITUTION:A schedule of each process of a product to be thrown in from now on and selection of a product to be thrown in to the first process on that day are calculated by a computer 1 from a standard work time in each process. A work slip 6a, printed with a schedule and process channel after calculation, is output and attached to the product. From the schedule in each process of a product, under work at present, and product, thrown in from now on, a status of load for capability in each process is displayed in a matrix display board in color classified by a load balance. From products, placed in a storage space 8 of a work, the worker is informed the schedule in that process and after process by the work slip attached to the product, to perform the work of a product from ealier schedule, in case of the same schedule, from a lower load factor of the after process. |
