PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of dropping accidents of a suction head by providing a cylinder device which keeps energizing an elevating body for positioning of the suction head in an ascending direction at all times by means of a driving cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A suction head 1 which is supported by a supporting device 4 via a pantagraph mechanism 5 is moved in a horizontal direction when a free point 7 is moved to the right and left on the guide route 11 on the surface of an elevating body 10 and is moved upward and downward when the body 10 is moved vertically by operating a driving cylinder device 17 mounted on a frame 19 erected on a base 9. When said device 17 loses its function on account of an accident in pressure fluid supply systems, pressure fluid is supplied from an accumulator 32 into the inflow chamber 31a of a cylinder device 31 via both side parts 10a of the body 10 and a bracket 30, by which the body 10 is energized upward, and the dropping of the head 1 is prevented. |
