PURPOSE:To make a jet type solder bath easily usable for ultrasonic soldering by joining an ultrasonic oscillator in the position near the one end part of an elastic plate where the plate assumes the loop together with a curved part when the elastic plate curved at the other end is kept resonated. CONSTITUTION:In a jet type molten solder bath 18, the solder melted by a heater 4 ejects from a part A to a part B, and ejects further from the part B to form solder waves 19 which flow along guides 20. One end of a platelike elastic body 11 is formed in a curved part 12, and is immersed in said solder waves 19. In the position near the other leading end of the body 11 assuming the loop in such a resonance state when the body 11 is curved and oscillated in the direction at right angles to the longitudinal direction the part 12 assumes the loop, an ultrasonic oscillator joining part 14 of an ultrasonic oscillator 15 is joined at right angles to the longitudinal direction of the body 11 and said oscillator 15 is oscillated electrically, whereby ultrasonic oscillations are transmitted from the leading end part of the part 12 to the solder waves 19. |
