The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a catalyst for removing nitrous oxide. The apparatus comprises: a mixing device receiving a mixture introduced to the upper part thereof and having an outlet formed at the lower part thereof; a molding device disposed at the bottom end of the mixing device and including a plurality compressing rollers for forming the mixture introduced from the outlet into a plate with a uniform thickness; and an injection device receiving the uniform plate from the molding device, having a support formed in response to the size of the plate and including mold portions at both sides of the plate to compress the support and plate, wherein the mold portions compress the support and plate to produce a catalyst including the support and plate formed integrally with each other.
