The present invention relates to a variable intake manifold. According to the present invention, the variable intake manifold comprises: first intakes and second intakes formed in an intake manifold, enabling an air supply to one cylinder among cylinders of a vehicle engine; a rotary rod installed inside the intake manifold, having one end connected to a driving motor, and rotated by the driving motor; and gate valves installed in an outer circumference of the rotary rod, selectively opening and closing the second intakes using the driving motor. The gate valve includes: an opening and closing unit opening and closing the second intake; penetration units formed on both sides of the opening and closing unit, including a through-hole through which a fixing rod is penetrated; and a burr receiving unit formed on an outer circumference, receiving a burr generated on the outer circumference of the penetration unit when manufacturing the gate valve. According to the present invention, the burr receiving unit is formed in a contact part of the gate valve opening and closing one of the two intakes of the intake manifold and the intake manifold; thereby preventing an effect of the burr when manufacturing the opening and closing unit. |
