发明名称 VIBRATION MEASURING DEVICE
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect minute vibration highly accurately by measuring the vibration by utilizing an optical lever and an input and output optical fiber. CONSTITUTION:The light outputted from a light source 16 is inputted to a mirror 14 attached to a weight 13 which is suspended by a wire 15 in a sensor part A in an electric equipment through a distributed index lens 11a. When the vibration is applied to the sensor part A, the weight 13 and the mirror 14 are subjected to the torsional vibration having the amplitude proportional to the vibration displacement, and the amount of the light, which is reflected by the mirror 14 and inputted to the distrubuted index lens 11b, is changed. Said reflected light is inputted to a photoelectric transducing element 17 through the optical fiber 10b. Its output is separated into a DC component and an AC component by a filter 18, and the ratio of both components is outputted through amplifiers 19a and 19b and a divider 20. Since the optical lever is utilized, the minute vibration can be detected highly accurately.
