Disclosed are a method, network device and system for scheduling a physical radio resource block, so as to be used for scheduling of a scheduling request indicator (SRI). The method in an embodiment of the present invention comprises: receiving a scheduling request indicator (SRI) sent by a user equipment (UE); allocating M PRBs to the UE according to a reference scheduling bits quantity; receiving, on a physical uplink shared channel, an uplink transmission block (TB) that is sent by the UE and that is in response to this scheduling of the SRI; and determining, according to the uplink TB, a reference scheduling bits quantity used for performing the next scheduling of the SRI by the UE. The method provided in the embodiment of the present invention can effectively reduce the transmission time of an uplink small data packet service of a UE and ensure the utilization rate of PRB resources of a cell. Also disclosed are a network device and system for scheduling a physical radio resource block. |
