The present invention relates to a system for managing and monitoring a visitor entering a dangerous area in a building. More specifically, the system for managing and monitoring a visitor entering a dangerous area in a building comprises: a front gate entry control PC which is installed on a front gate where entry is controlled, verifies visitor information transferred from an entry card reader to transmit a result, scans an identification card in the case of a first visitor, and receives and registers personal information of the visitor; a dangerous area entry control PC to check whether an entry card of the visitor is a card given an entry right to a corresponding area if the entry card of the visitor is read from fixed entry card readers installed on a plurality of dangerous area guard posts, output a result to a monitor screen, and transmit the result to the fixed entry card readers; a safety education center entry control PC to additionally receive entry information and personal information from a visitor who has received education to issue an entry card which can enter a dangerous area; a card registration device to register the issued dangerous area entry card; and a management server which is connected to the entry control PCs, and stores the personal information, the entry information, education completion information of the visitor in an entry control database to manage and monitor the visitor. |
